What You'll Do
Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks essential for continuous operations. Diagnose issues in machinery, equipment, and facilities, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Conduct disassembly and reassembly of components as needed, and support transportation activities integral to site operations.
Develop maintenance schedules aligned with operational plans and conduct ongoing monitoring in workshops and construction areas. Contribute to technical decision-making by evaluating design requirements, taking precise measurements, selecting appropriate materials, and managing part fabrication or external sourcing. Document malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance activities through detailed reports and analyses.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with established protocols. Support the technical oversight of junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices across all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work independently in mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and installation
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles and material strength fundamentals
- Familiarity with material specifications and industry norms
