Join EXUS AI Labs, the R&D division of EXUS, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In this fully remote role, you will be critical to our growth by owning end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical positions. You'll act as a headhunter, proactively sourcing talent and building pipelines while partnering with hiring managers and leading employer branding initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer.
- Proactively source, map markets, and approach top talent as a headhunter, rather than relying solely on inbound candidates.
- Build and continuously nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing when needed.
- Lead and strengthen employer branding initiatives across channels like LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
- Leverage AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every touchpoint.
- Represent the company externally with professionalism, confidence, and credibility.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS (at EXUS we use Workable and BambooHR).
- A hands-on mindset; you are comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles yourself.
- Highly intelligent, commercially aware, and quick to understand business needs.
- Proven headhunting and market-mapping skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term talent communities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- A strong can-do attitude; solution-oriented, resilient, and ownership-driven.
- Comfortable acting as a brand ambassador and the external face of the company.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in international recruitment and hiring for technical roles.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition or executive search, with exposure to senior or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience in employer branding and positioning a company as an employer of choice.
- Knowledge of AI, recruitment technologies, and automations.
- Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles.
