Snowball is seeking a YouTube Video Editor for Genspark, an AI company pushing the boundaries of what's possible with agentic AI. Your role is to bring Genspark's mission to life through sharp, high-retention editing that makes cutting-edge technology feel accessible, entertaining, and human.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging YouTube edits that effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
- Shape raw footage into compelling narratives that showcase Genspark's technology and vision.
- Develop visual storytelling techniques that maintain viewer engagement with technical content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Collaborate with producers and Genspark's internal creative teams.
- Stay current with YouTube best practices and emerging editing trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production tools.
- Ability to make technical subjects visually engaging and accessible.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and iteration.
Nice to Have
- YouTube experience strongly preferred.
- Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading skills are a plus.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications in improving information access.
