Snowball is seeking a YouTube Video Editor for Genspark, an AI company pushing the boundaries of what's possible with agentic AI. Your role is to bring Genspark's mission to life through sharp, high-retention editing that makes cutting-edge technology feel accessible, entertaining, and human.

What You'll Do

Create engaging YouTube edits that effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
Shape raw footage into compelling narratives that showcase Genspark's technology and vision.
Develop visual storytelling techniques that maintain viewer engagement with technical content.
Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
Collaborate with producers and Genspark's internal creative teams.
Stay current with YouTube best practices and emerging editing trends.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production tools.
Ability to make technical subjects visually engaging and accessible.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and iteration.

Nice to Have

YouTube experience strongly preferred.
Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading skills are a plus.
Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications in improving information access.
