OnStage is looking for a YouTube Copywriter to develop and write high-performing YouTube scripts for CEOs and founders. You will act as a strategic partner, deeply understanding client needs and using data to optimize content. Our mission is to give people who make the world a better place a stage.
What You'll Do
- Develop and write YouTube scripts (longform) that capture attention, generate curiosity, and build trust.
- Deeply understand the target audience, offering, and market of our clients.
- Research topics, theses, and hooks that work in the real market.
- Use AI tools to support faster research, structuring, and writing of better texts.
- Revise and optimize scripts based on feedback, performance data, and learnings.
- Work closely with strategy and editing teams to holistically improve content.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent understanding of copywriting, ideally in a video or YouTube context.
- Strong sense for attention, storytelling, and conversion.
- Performance mindset: you want to know why something works or doesn't.
- Understanding of the agency, coaching, and B2B market.
- You live and breathe YouTube and prefer watching educational content in your free time.
- You take full responsibility for your results.
