Waabi is looking for a Workplace Portfolio Lead to oversee and manage our physical workplace strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring our real estate portfolio aligns with business needs and supports a productive, collaborative environment for our teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic workplace portfolio plan.
- Manage daily operations and facilities across multiple locations.
- Oversee real estate transactions, lease management, and space planning.
- Implement workplace policies and programs to enhance team productivity and culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan for future space needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets related to workplace operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or facilities management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen for budgeting and planning.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into operational execution.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates can be based in Pittsburgh, PA, San Francisco, CA, or work remotely within the US.
