Role Overview
As a Working Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in both warehousing and production, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. This role combines direct operational work with frontline leadership, requiring active participation alongside your team during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shift planning and maintain alignment with other shift leads to ensure seamless operations
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to a small team of operators
- Perform hands-on work in production and warehousing, including loading, unloading, mixing, blending, and filling operations
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols throughout each shift
- Complete necessary administrative tasks related to shift reporting and documentation
- Support team development by fostering collaboration and clear communication
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Belfast. Standard working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. During peak periods from April to September, shifts adjust to 10:00am – 6:00pm. The workplace promotes inclusion, teamwork, and open communication, with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and long-term growth.
