Hannover Re seeks a Working Student in Software Development to join its Group Transformation & Operations - Finance Global Services team for 12 months. You will analyze business requirements and support software development projects focused on reinsurance payment workflows and accounting, gaining direct experience in a professional, agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements and create use cases for implementation in new solutions.
- Support developers designing new features for payables and receivables workflows.
- Add value to the business by bringing in and implementing your own ideas.
- Get hands-on experience with the standards of production-ready software development.
- Join an agile team and gain insights into developers' daily work.
What We're Looking For
- Ongoing studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Confident knowledge of object-oriented software development.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
- Proficient user skills in English.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, possess strong organisational skills, and tackle tasks independently and responsibly.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in ASP.NET Core and C#.
- German language skills are desirable.
