HENSOLDT is looking for a Working Student Recruiting & Talent Acquisition to join the HR department at our Ulm site. You’ll play an active role in supporting the recruiting team and the end-to-end candidate process.
What You'll Do
- Manage candidate coordination, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback
- Review, screen, and pre-select applications based on defined criteria
- Process incoming inquiries from applicants via the recruiting email inbox
- Create recruiting KPI evaluations to analyze the efficiency of hiring measures
- Support the team with various tasks and prepare recruiting events
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a degree program in business, psychology, communication, or a comparable field
- A structured, independent work style and the confidence to prioritize tasks effectively
- Very good written and spoken skills in both German and English
Nice to Have
- First practical experience in recruiting or another HR-related area
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Human Resources department responsible for personnel management at the Ulm site.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Ulm.
