hey contact heroes GmbH is looking for a Working Student Product Management Energy Services (m/f/d) to join the Heartbeat Tech team. You'll work on the flagship product Heartbeat AI and Dynamic Pulse, developing energy solutions and supporting the operation of a virtual power plant. You'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of software, hardware, and clean energy.
What You'll Do
- Scope your own initiatives to improve the setup and offering of our energy products.
- Take over responsibility for certain parts of operation activities to ensure smooth operation of the virtual power plant.
- Support diverse product management activities: preparation and aftercare of workshops and routines, interviewing stakeholders, creating product requirement documents, organizing team events.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university and available to work 20 hours per week.
- Basic understanding of software.
- Excited about AI and exploring use cases.
- Solution-oriented mindset, capable of thinking critically and addressing challenges.
- Take initiative and proactively contribute ideas.
- Strong drive to take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
- Intrinsic motivation to help build exceptional products that delight users.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- History of going the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with quick decision-making.
- Very good spoken and written English and German skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the energy industry, particularly the energy market.
- Experience or knowledge in product management or software development.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree.
