About the Role

Bonneville Communications is hiring a Sr. Brand Manager, a leadership role responsible for managing key client satisfaction and account profitability by delivering work on time, on scope, and on budget. You'll join an agency known for a progressive culture and great projects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the agency's main senior-level client.
  • Lead account managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with creative, planning, and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and client contentment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
  • Present campaign strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Skillfully manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Navigate the complexities of key clients in a very busy agency.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in account management, ideally within an advertising agency environment.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and maintaining strong, long-term key client relationships.
  • Capability to develop and implement customized account plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills which produce collaborative outcomes.
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent diplomacy, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience creating project budgets, resources, and account forecasting to meet or exceed goals.
  • Mastery of creative problem solving; resourceful, proactive, and motivated to take on challenges.

This is a hybrid position, part in-office in Salt Lake City, Utah and part remote.
