Valtech is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy for AI-enabled digital workstreams. In this hands-on leadership role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable product outcomes within ambiguous environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development including discovery, delivery, and iteration.
- Own ceremonies, backlogs, tickets, and progress reporting for your product area.
- Communicate proactively with clients, managing stakeholders and expectations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, QA, and strategy teams.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and provide direction within small, fast-paced teams.
- Ensure AI-related initiatives are translated into valuable product outcomes.
- Articulate the ‘why’ behind requirements and features to both internal teams and clients.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable navigating in startup or highly ambiguous environments.
- Measure product success through clearly defined outcome metrics and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, artifacts, and ceremonies.
- Experience in a client-facing environment, ideally in consulting or agency roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and unblock teams independently.
- Clear articulation of product outcomes, including initiatives led and their resulting business impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or ML-driven product development (e.g., data pipelines, model integration).
- Comfortable working across functions including design, research, engineering, and strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership in small or startup-style product teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
