MAN Truck & Bus is looking for a Working Student to join our HR Advisory Center in Salzgitter. In this operational role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting HR processes and time management within a global industry leader.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support and collaborate within the HR Advisory Center and time management.
- Support HR-relevant processes including certificates, onboarding, offboarding, working hours, and time management.
- Assist HR advisors and the time management team on-site.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying business administration, business law, or a comparable degree program, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Very good PC skills in Office365 and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Customer-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented work style.

You will join the HR Advisory Center and time management department, reporting technically to Nina Niemsch. You'll be part of a global team within MAN, which employs over 36,000 people worldwide.
