Allianz Consulting is looking for a Working Student to join its Technology & Innovation pillar in Munich, Germany. This role offers hands-on experience in IT consulting, focusing on digital innovation and transformation within a global insurance leader.

What You'll Do

Support the team on internal and client projects with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, Software Testing & Quality Assurance, and IT program or project management.
Work on assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or team member, managing deadlines, deliverables, and troubleshooting.
Assist the team in the ideation process within areas needing concrete measures for implementation and improvements.
Contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing and team event organization.

What We're Looking For

Current enrollment in a German University and student status throughout the contract duration.
An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1 level).
Ability to start immediately for a 6-month, part-time commitment (16-20 hours/week).

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for business transformation.
Previous experience or knowledge in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance, financial services, and project or change management tools.
Previous experience in IT transformation and project management methodologies and best practices.
Prior understanding of tools like JIRA, Selenium, Tosca. Familiarity with UiPath is a plus.
