Weflow is looking for a Working Student - Growth & GTM (m/f/d) to help build and execute our go-to-market engine. You'll join a high-growth B2B SaaS company, learning from an experienced team while directly contributing to scalable growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Learn how a modern B2B go-to-market engine is built and help move fast from idea to execution.
- Own content execution end-to-end: research topics, draft outlines, write copy, and produce assets like LinkedIn carousels, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Support additional GTM projects across GTM Engineering, outbound, and community as needed.
- Take on ad-hoc growth projects, such as testing new channels, building simple dashboards, or organizing experiments.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in Business, Marketing, or a STEM-related field at a leading business or technical school.
- Able to join as a working student for at least 9–12 months.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments like consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or VC-backed startups.
- Highly organized and reliable, able to manage multiple assets and hit deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Some exposure to B2B SaaS environments.
