Graham is hiring a Workforce HRIS Coordinator for a 3-month contract to support an upcoming turnaround. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the workforce HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain the HRIS (Costpoint and Success Factors), ensuring data accuracy and adherence to HRIS standards.
- Manage employee lifecycle data (hires, changes, terminations), including documentation collection and updates.
- Support system integrity and integrations by escalating technical issues and assisting with data corrections.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting, ensuring compliance and data readiness.
- Serve as the primary HRIS contact, responding to user access requests and basic stakeholder inquiries while coordinating with payroll and HRIS teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience required.
