- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and legal documents to ensure timely case progression
- Contact medical offices and external providers to obtain critical documentation for workers compensation cases
- Draft routine legal correspondence and records requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain organized records systems and ensure timely receipt of all case-related documents
- Provide broad generalist support across legal and case coordination functions while serving as foundational offshore hire
