What You'll Do
Manage lost time workers’ compensation claims from start to finish, including those involving litigation. You’ll gather and verify information from claimants, insured parties, and internal teams, ensuring all data is processed and shared accurately and promptly. Conduct thorough investigations, assess coverage, and resolve claims with minimal supervision. You’ll also mediate disputes between policyholders and insurers, applying your knowledge of jurisdictional requirements in IA, MN, NE, and WI.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in claims systems, including settlement details, and issue daily payments for medical and indemnity benefits. Help refine and standardize claims procedures to support consistency and efficiency across the team. You must be willing to obtain and maintain any required licensing in the states where you handle claims.
