Jobgether is hiring a Workday Senior Certified Project Manager to lead complex Workday implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones are met and business objectives are achieved. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and clients toward successful adoption of Workday best practices in this fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Lead Workday implementation projects, ensuring delivery of charters, governance, project plans, and issue logs.
- Partner with client project managers to oversee milestone approvals, scope management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability while anticipating potential scope or timeline challenges.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other project managers on methodology and best practices.
- Participate in sales cycles when required, including requirements gathering and proposal development.
- Facilitate executive and project team presentations, adapting communication to audience needs.
- Promote client adoption of Workday solutions and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with delivery checkpoints and maintain high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Current Workday Partner certification required (HCM, Financials, or Payroll).
- 3+ years managing Workday implementations for medium to large enterprise clients.
- Experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft implementations.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Services Procurement.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service and balance technical and functional expertise.
- Remote work capability with potential future travel of ~30% depending on project requirements.
