As a Customer Care Expert, you will:
- Deliver user support via calls, chats, and email
- Understand individual business objectives and guide users through their digital journey
- Provide strategic advice for site and business development
- Analyze user behavior and content relevance
- Cultivate positive customer relationships
- Enhance user support methodologies
- Collaborate across departments to address user needs
Qualifications:
- Native Hebrew proficiency with excellent English skills
- Minimum 1-year customer service background
- Israeli work authorization
- Self-motivated with high personal performance standards
