We are recruiting a high-performance, versatile ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide comprehensive CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services for clients. Ideal candidates possess robust IT Service Management process expertise and profound knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping. The role involves collaborating with clients to model network, storage, and infrastructure configurations within CMDB. Responsibilities include evaluating current processes, defining solution requirements, integration strategies, architectural planning, and implementation roadmaps. The Solutions Consultant must demonstrate extensive configuration and development experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping, managing both implementation work and team oversight. Required Skills: - ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping - Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations - 3+ years ServiceNow experience focusing on event management, monitoring, and integrations - Advanced cloud deployment and enterprise implementation consulting expertise - Comprehensive infrastructure modeling capabilities - Profound understanding of application and infrastructure monitoring architectures - 5+ years developing ITSM/ITIL® CMDB processes and solutions - 8+ years professional services/consulting background - 3+ years documenting tool requirements and vendor product comparisons - Demonstrable ServiceNow JavaScript and glide query proficiency - Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ServiceNow expertise Desired Skills: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification - CIS Event Management knowledge - Micro certification in Health log analytics - ServiceNow AIOPS certification - Web Development experience - JavaScript programming skills - ITIL®v3 Expert designation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Work Location: Remote Travel Required: None Windward is committed to attracting top talent, providing professional growth opportunities, and maintaining a balanced work environment.
