Security & Compliance
All systems must adhere to HIPAA and FDA guidelines. Engineers are responsible for implementing access controls, audit trails, and data protection measures that meet healthcare industry requirements.
Technology Stack
Primary cloud provider is AWS, with secondary use of GCP. Tools include Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, and HashiCorp Vault. Infrastructure is managed entirely through code.
On-Call Expectations
Engineers participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to critical incidents. Response time targets are defined by system criticality and service level agreements.
