The BMW Group is looking for a Werkstudent Entwicklung Ladefunktion Elektrofahrzeuge to support our global team developing charging functions for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. In this role, you will contribute to the development process by tracking changes, analyzing technical challenges, and helping to shape the future of vehicle charging integration.
What You'll Do
- Support the tracking, documentation, and preparation of changes along the customer function charging process chain.
- Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of budgetary processes.
- Analyze, structure, and track defects in collaboration with relevant development and integration teams.
- Assist in the conceptual development of HEMS integration for bidirectional charging.
- Support the preparation of content and documentation of results within the charging effect chain.
- Assist in creating and coordinating contracts and licenses for the Plug and Charge test fleet.
- Accompany current team development activities and derive necessary additions to the knowledge management system.
What We're Looking For
- Current university studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, E-Mobility, or a comparable field.
- Passion for projects and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Openness to other people and perspectives.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
