brandleads marketing services FlexCo is looking for a Webdesigner & Marketing Automation Specialist (m/w/d) to join our digital sales marketing agency. You will work at the intersection of technical web development and online marketing with a focus on modern design. This role is available part-time or full-time.
What You'll Do
- Create web projects independently and as part of a team.
- Manage existing customer projects.
- Technically implement marketing automation projects.
- Handle project management and work directly with clients.
- Provide general team support in daily business.
What We're Looking For
- Website development with WordPress (screen design, Elementor, plugin customizations, WooCommerce).
- Frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Backend development with PHP.
- Database management and API integrations.
- Responsive web design.
- CMS optimization.
- Setup and integration of marketing automation tools (ZOHO).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Technical experience with social media platforms and Google tools.
