Kirin is looking for a Production Coordinator to help scale our operations without compromising quality. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and understands the importance of both creativity and precision in the fashion production process.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard new sewing partners
- Assist partners through onboarding: send samples, provide feedback, and ensure they meet brand quality standards
- Coordinate closely with the team to assign designs and track progress
- Manage pattern makers as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong project management or team leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Background in fashion design or production
- Ability to create patterns
