Workstate is seeking a Web QA Tester to play a vital role in our quality assurance efforts. You will ensure the quality and performance of our software applications, working closely with developers and other QA team members to identify issues and verify products meet high standards before reaching clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify issues and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Verify products meet high standards of quality before reaching clients.
- Participate in or run bug bashes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with test case creation and execution, bug tracking, and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL).
- Experience testing new integrations, using tools like Postman, Soap UI, etc.
