WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, IP Marketing for a fixed-term contract position focused on the Wattpad brand. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for key intellectual properties, driving audience growth and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Wattpad intellectual properties.
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning and implementation to increase IP visibility.
- Analyze market trends and audience data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources for IP-focused projects.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and partnership teams to align marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful IP or brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the entertainment, publishing, or digital media industry.
