Variond Gruppe, an innovative and growing company, is looking for an Asset Manager (m/w/d) – Wohnimmobilienportfolio to provide direct operational support to the Director of Asset Management. In this central role, you will coordinate, implement, and oversee operational tasks within the residential real estate sector, acting as the crucial link between internal departments and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Independently coordinate operational topics in the residential real estate sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for authorities, property management companies, tenants, and internal departments.
- Provide operational support for maintenance measures, renovations, refurbishments, and special tasks.
- Coordinate and implement activities within the framework of property management.
- Maintain and control rent-relevant data and deadlines.
- Prepare and follow up on appointments, research, and project content for the department head.
- Accompany internal projects and contribute to the further development of processes and standards.
- Serve as the communication interface between accounting, property, transaction, and asset management leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Asset Management and maintain clear cross-team communication.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or a degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Talent for organization, punctuality, and reliability.
- A team player with loyalty to the manager and the company.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience ideally in property or asset management.
- Good knowledge of AI-supported applications and control systems; an interest in digital technologies is desirable.
