Solenis is seeking a Water Reuse Program Manager for the LATAM region to lead the development and execution of a pivotal water reuse and recycle program, a cornerstone of our global growth strategy. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and practical execution, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement a comprehensive program strategy for water reuse and recycle solutions, aligning with Solenis’ global growth objectives.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team spanning business development, technical applications, and project management.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to drive program execution and establish best practices.
- Provide training and coaching to Solenis representatives to position and sell water reuse and recycle solutions effectively.
- Oversee projects from opportunity identification through commercialization, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with customer needs.
- Identify target markets, corporations, sites, and applications in collaboration with the Reuse/Recycle Center of Excellence (COE).
- Work closely with equipment partners to ensure solutions are designed, engineered, manufactured, and implemented successfully.
- Provide executive leadership with recommendations on strategies to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term growth objectives.
- Develop scalable processes to ensure program success and sustainable growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in equipment systems (e.g., MF, UF, NF, RO, Ion Exchange, MBR).
- Prior experience in Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and/or Program Management.
- Proven ability to design and scale programs that drive business growth and long-term value.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial and business expertise related to equipment systems sales and contracts.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and drive results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in using data and analytics to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing risks and navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to 70% (domestic and international).
