About the Role

Lola Blankets is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Service Coordinator to be the critical link between our customers and our service teams. You will serve as the first point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional resolution process from initial assessment to final closure.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Gather detailed information regarding reported issues and accurately document all customer interactions.
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms.
  • Create and manage warranty service cases within internal systems.
  • Coordinate and escalate cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Monitor case progress and follow up diligently to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to customers throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warranty procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims as needed.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service, warranty, or claims coordination role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to assess situations, verify information, and follow established procedures.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal departments and managing case workflows.
  • A problem-solving mindset focused on efficient and customer-centric resolutions.
