Lola Blankets is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Service Coordinator to be the critical link between our customers and our service teams. You will serve as the first point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional resolution process from initial assessment to final closure.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Gather detailed information regarding reported issues and accurately document all customer interactions.
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms.
- Create and manage warranty service cases within internal systems.
- Coordinate and escalate cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Monitor case progress and follow up diligently to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally to customers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warranty procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims as needed.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service, warranty, or claims coordination role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional customer interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
