The Beer Store & Brewers Distributor Ltd. is seeking reliable Warehouse Workers for part-time positions at our Winnipeg Distribution Centre. These are unionized opportunities offering up to 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
What You'll Do
- Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling product.
- Sort empties of cans and bottles and crush cans.
- Maintain service quality by following organization standards.
- Ensure customer service targets and goals are successfully met.
- Ensure the company’s Health and Safety and operational efficiencies are met.
- Exemplify the company’s dedication to customer service.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds or more.
- Must be able to walk or stand for the majority of a shift.
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in an operations or warehouse environment.
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting wage is $17.96/hour with shift premiums.
- Wage increases as per the collective agreement.

This is an onsite position based at the Winnipeg Distribution Centre.
