IDEMIA is seeking a Warehouse Shipping, Receiving and Order Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries from the facility, ensuring an efficient and effective flow to meet our business objectives. What You'll Do
- Manage in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery or shipping documents.
- Receive or inspect goods and verify items against the shipment record.
- Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method.
- Record received and shipped items.
- Stage materials in appropriate Warehouse locations.
- Assign INS numbers for resale and non-resale materials.
- Maintain consumables inventory.
- Ensure all work conforms to Security Standards, Operational Systems and Procedures and Regulations, including ISO 91, PCI, and Customer specifications and requirements.
- Work with other employees and departments to resolve shipping and receiving matters.
- Respect and apply Health and Safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
- Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials.
- Fill requisitions and orders.
- Pack, crate, ship, or transport products and materials.
- Monitor order tracking systems and equipment usage.
- Process documentation under supervision, including preparing paperwork for inbound or outbound shipments, reviewing shipment documents, invoices, and packing lists, and maintaining inventory of shipping supplies.

- Experience and knowledge with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the warehouse shipping and receiving field.
- Ability to rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, or limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish the functions and goals of the job.

- A strong commitment to following Health and Safety rules and all relevant operational and security standards.
