About the Role

Streamline Innovations, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for ordering all chemistry, parts, and materials supporting our Permian Basin operations. In this onsite role, you will track inventory, ensure minimum volumes are kept, and provide critical support to our field teams.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure adherence to HSE compliance standards among employees and at operational sites
  • Aid in development and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure uninterrupted support of Streamline operations
  • Receive, monitor, evaluate, and record all deliveries and shipments
  • Conduct monthly chemical and parts inventory counts and report accurate data to the Controller by the 4th business day of the following month
  • Procure all chemistry and supplies by requesting quotes from vendors and issuing POs
  • Utilize software to ensure inventory is properly tracked and accounted for, including Dynamics, FIIX, and Excel
  • Execute inventory purchases up to an authorized amount
  • Analyze inventory levels and turnover to predict and resolve potential shortages or surpluses
  • Document and address inventory shrinkage due to loss or theft
  • Manage the safe and timely delivery of all parts, materials, and supplies
  • Organize warehouse facility maintenance and ensure the safe operation of warehouse activities
  • Manage and control parts inventory on customer locations
  • Collaborate with field operations to facilitate the management of remote inventory and schedule deliveries
  • Manage vendor relationships, analyze supplier quality and performance, and build strong supplier partnerships
  • Research alternative suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Other duties as required or assigned

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of inventory management responsibilities
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain forklift driver's qualification
  • Inventory management software & CMMS experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
