Atlas Copco is hiring a Warehouse Analyst to lead projects of cross-departmental impact and drive process improvements at our South Charlotte location. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be instrumental in identifying waste reduction opportunities, ensuring accurate reporting, and bringing projects to a successful conclusion while exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Map and benchmark all aspects of current physical warehouse processes.
• Continually identify areas for efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
• Develop, implement, and execute action plans to achieve efficiency gains on time and on budget.
• Evaluate current warehouse metrics and implement new KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Establish and maintain reporting to track metrics and KPIs.
• Become a power user and administrator for SAP AC/DC, Act!, and BPCS.
• Assess current warehouse layout and recommend optimizations to facilitate WMS implementation and reduce pick time.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Project a knowledgeable and professional image to contribute to positive company branding.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, with a focus on understanding customer needs.
• Take appropriate action to complete tasks and establish necessary communications.
• Perform other assigned duties.

What We're Looking For

• WMS exposure and knowledge is a must, including implementation, administration, or power user experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including root-cause analysis.
• Creative problem-solving skills to identify, understand, resolve, learn from, and prevent problems.
• Planning and organizational skills, including time management and balancing competing priorities.
• Process improvement and change management skills.
• Practiced communication skills to effectively convey business and technical information to all employee levels, including senior management.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of preferred work experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
