UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is hiring an Intelligent Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess, evaluate, and prioritize potential automation initiatives across business operations.
  • Document existing workflows and create optimized future-state processes designed for automation.
  • Build and configure robotic process automation bots using tools from the UIPath platform.
  • Test, validate, and deploy automation solutions while meeting performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and maintain issues within current automation workflows.
  • Support the creation and evolution of enterprise-wide intelligent automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Follow governance policies, industry best practices, and compliance requirements in all automation efforts.
  • Coordinate with business departments and IT groups to ensure smooth integration of automated systems.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to staff using automation tools and platforms.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of automation bots to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Produce performance reports highlighting key outcomes such as time saved, error reduction, and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Three years of direct experience using RPA platforms including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Solid knowledge of process modeling, business analysis, and workflow improvement techniques.
  • Proven experience developing business process or technical design documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  • Capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Team-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Willingness to adapt to emerging technologies and shifting business priorities.

Nice to Have

  • A High School Diploma combined with relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Prior experience specifically with UIPath automation tools is advantageous.
