Requirements
- Proven leadership track record in high growth organisations, ideally within fintech, banking, or wealth management.
- Deep domain expertise in savings, deposits, treasury linked products, or investment solutions — with a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to translate deep investment experience into simple products for MSME.
- Demonstrable experience scaling a product or business line, ideally with full P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
- Strong product leadership skills, having overseen end to end delivery across discovery, build, launch, and optimisation.
- Commercially astute, with experience defining pricing, modelling economics, structuring partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team building ability, with a history of growing and mentoring high performing teams.
- Highly analytical, adept at using data to guide prioritisation, experimentation, and commercial decision making.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Innovative and customer obsessed, with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.
