Role Overview
As Vice President of Sales for EMEA, you will lead the charge in acquiring new customers and expanding market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the SVP EMEA, you are accountable for building and converting pipelines, shaping go-to-market strategy, and accelerating revenue through new logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all new business sales across the EMEA region, owning pipeline generation, progression, and closure.
- Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net-new enterprise clients.
- Establish and scale an outbound-driven sales engine in close alignment with marketing teams.
- Lead high-stakes enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of proactive, results-driven sales professionals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and enforce rigorous pipeline management practices.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to refine value messaging.
- Identify and enter emerging markets and underserved customer segments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in enterprise-level new business development within energy, software, or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated ability to win and close new client contracts at scale.
- Experience designing and implementing outbound go-to-market strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of energy sector dynamics across EMEA markets.
- Track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.
- Experience working across departments to align sales with broader business goals.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute with precision at the operational level.
- Relies on data to guide pipeline development and forecasting accuracy.
- Skilled in shaping go-to-market direction at an organizational level.
- Excellent communication abilities with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable engaging C-suite decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.
- Residing in the UK or near major regional hubs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- An MBA is a plus.
