What You'll Do
As Vice President of Sales for EMEA, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive new business strategy. You are responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market presence, and building a results-driven sales organization focused on net-new revenue. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—ensuring consistent forecasting and disciplined sales processes.
You will design and implement a targeted go-to-market approach, including market segmentation and territory planning, to unlock growth in key regions. Partnering closely with marketing, you will scale outbound efforts to fuel a sustainable pipeline. You’ll lead high-stakes enterprise negotiations, guide cross-functional teams, and shape value propositions that resonate with senior decision-makers. Identifying untapped markets and driving entry into strategic accounts will be central to your role.
Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise-level new business sales within energy, software, or SaaS industries
- Track record of winning and closing new client logos
- Experience building and managing outbound-focused sales teams
- Deep understanding of energy markets across EMEA
- Strong leadership in fast-moving, complex environments
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and influencing organizational direction
- Skilled in engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in data-driven pipeline management and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
- Based in the UK or near key regional markets
