Agile Defense is looking for a VP of Solutions Engineering to join our Digital Transformation Engineering department. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding our solutions strategy and engineering efforts.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for the solutions engineering function.
- Drive the design and development of technical solutions aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to define architectural approaches.
- Establish processes and best practices for solution delivery and technical pre-sales.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior solutions engineering or technical leadership role.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and digital transformation.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates are preferred to be based near McLean, VA.
