Requirements
- 8 to 15 or more years of experience in software engineering with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record managing engineering teams and supervising team leads
- Hands-on experience growing engineering teams within fast-paced, high-growth companies
- Solid foundation in full-stack web application development
- Extensive work with modern JavaScript technologies including Node.js, React/Next.js, and Nest.js
- Strong grasp of system architecture, distributed systems, and API design principles
- Practical experience using MongoDB, MySQL, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, and CI/CD systems
