Lead the sales transformation of a dominant player in last-mile and courier logistics technology. As VP of Sales, you will architect and execute a scalable sales strategy for a unified TMS platform born from a strategic merger, targeting enterprise and mid-market segments across key verticals including healthcare, shipping, and logistics.

- Act as a hands-on leader—coaching sales executives while personally driving closure on strategic enterprise deals
- Build and scale a high-performance sales organization from the ground up, including SDRs, SEs, and operations
- Establish rigorous sales processes, from ICP definition to CRM hygiene and stage-gated pipeline progression
- Define shared KPIs and alignment protocols across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for unified execution
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements to strengthen market presence
- Forge strategic partnerships within the logistics ecosystem to unlock new revenue streams
- Continuously refine value propositions based on competitive dynamics, customer feedback, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
You bring 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least a decade in leadership roles managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. Deep domain expertise in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics technology is essential. You’ve successfully scaled sales teams in high-growth environments and built processes grounded in MEDDPICC, SPICED, or comparable frameworks.
Experience integrating post-merger sales organizations and developing ecosystem partnerships is highly valued. An MBA or professional sales certification is a plus, as is a track record in public-facing commercial roles.
How You’ll Work
This is a 100% remote, globally distributed role with full flexibility in work hours. We measure success by outcomes—not attendance. You’ll operate in a culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous learning, supported by cutting-edge tools and structured growth pathways.
The total on-target earnings for this role are $300,000 USD annually, composed of base salary and variable compensation. Equity and additional benefits are not specified.
