Jasper is seeking a visionary VP of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will collaborate with the executive team to align go-to-market strategies with operational execution, ensuring seamless processes that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a data-driven revenue operations strategy across the GTM organization.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
- Design and refine pipeline models to effectively manage opportunities through the funnel.
- Implement robust systems that can seamlessly scale with Jasper’s rapid growth trajectory.
- Own sales and partner forecasting models, delivering accurate predictions.
- Provide executive-level reporting on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales-led pricing strategies that drive customer value and maximize revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful sales compensation frameworks.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, applying AI to solve challenges in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue visualization.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth startups or SaaS organizations.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable revenue systems, including experience with sales pipeline optimization, forecasting, consumption pricing, and compensation models.
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, making thoughtful, data-driven decisions with speed and precision.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and passionate about solving complex challenges in real-time.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with sales and marketing metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across technical, financial, and operational roles.
- Strong leadership background that promotes inclusivity, inspires teams, and drives consistent performance improvements.
- Deep expertise in data analysis, with a proven ability to translate raw numbers into actionable strategies that impact revenue performance.

- Compensation range: $280,000-$310,000
