Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-centric revenue operations strategy across the go-to-market function.
- Work cross-functionally to align teams and ensure effective execution of revenue initiatives.
- Create and optimize sales pipeline models to guide opportunity progression and deliver insights to sales leaders.
- Deploy scalable operational systems that support rapid organizational growth and set new performance standards.
- Manage and refine sales and partner forecasting models to deliver reliable business projections.
- Deliver executive reporting on pipeline performance, forecast reliability, and growth potential using clear, data-driven insights.
- Design and execute pricing strategies led by sales input to enhance customer value and increase revenue.
- Lead the design of sales compensation plans that support business goals and encourage high-performance behaviors.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of revenue operations specialists.
- Monitor advancements in technology, particularly AI, to improve pipeline tracking, forecasting, and revenue analytics.
