Shape a meaningful brand and drive growth from the ground up
This role leads the vision and execution of our marketing strategy, turning core truths into powerful stories that connect with members and partners. You’ll define brand positioning, architecture, and identity, ensuring consistency across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
What You’ll Lead
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear creative direction, stepping in to accelerate execution when needed.
- Manage a full-funnel marketing team spanning paid acquisition, lifecycle engagement, community, and brand, aligning each channel to measurable growth outcomes.
- Establish marketing KPIs and health metrics, lead weekly performance reviews, and deliver transparent assessments to executive leadership and the board.
- Champion the customer’s voice—translating insights into messaging, creative strategy, and product feedback.
- Build and mentor a talented team, set operational rhythms, and manage external partners to high standards of quality and speed.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of marketing experience with a track record of strategic ownership and creative excellence.
- Strong analytical ability and systems thinking, with a clear, persuasive communication style.
- A natural storyteller who can distill complex ideas into memorable, action-driving narratives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive accountability across teams.
- An ownership mindset—focused on a few bold initiatives, quick to deprioritize the rest, and committed to high craft and performance.
Preferred Experience
- Background in marketplace or membership-based models.
- Cultural fluency—understanding trends and moments, and how a brand can meaningfully engage.
- Experience launching or scaling an internal content studio.
- Balance of hands-on execution and strategic framework-building.
