LifeWise Academy is looking for a Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our program's essential daily operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Program Director to ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Program Director with day-to-day program operations
- Support data management and enrollment coordination
- Handle communications with school personnel and families
- Use Google Workspace to complete tasks
- Navigate various websites and systems as required
- Participate in ongoing training
- Attend the LifeWise Summit
- Represent LifeWise at applicable community events
- Help with fundraising events as needed
What We're Looking For
- A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
- Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
Nice to Have
- Two years of administrative experience in an office or church setting

You will report directly to the Program Director.
Work Mode
This is a local position requiring in-person work within the city.
