EX Squared is hiring a Visual Design Lead to own and guide the company's visual design direction. In this role, you'll lead key initiatives and shape the brand identity for our products.
What You'll Do
- Lead visual design initiatives from concept through execution
- Establish and evangelize visual design systems and brand guidelines
- Guide the creative vision for product interfaces and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design cohesion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading visual design in a product or agency environment
- Expert command of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end visual design projects
- Ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
