EX Squared is looking for a Lead Visual Designer to shape and elevate our visual product experience. You will own the visual language and design direction, ensuring quality and consistency across all user touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Lead the visual design strategy for our products and brand
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems
- Establish and maintain visual design standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to implement designs
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers on the team
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional visual design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual design for digital products
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven experience leading visual design projects from concept to execution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment
