EX Squared is seeking a Visual Design Manager to own and elevate our visual identity. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the creative vision and ensuring high-quality design execution across all platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the company's visual design strategy.
- Manage and oversee all visual design projects from concept to completion.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital products and marketing materials.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to ensure design excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior visual design or design management role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and digital product design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to articulate design vision and strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
