EX Squared is hiring a Visual Design Expert to create high-impact visual experiences. You will be responsible for defining and executing visual strategies across our digital products.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and development of visual assets, including interfaces, icons, and marketing materials.
Establish and maintain comprehensive visual design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into compelling visual narratives.
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all user touchpoints.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a senior visual designer, design lead, or art director.
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across web and mobile platforms.
Expert knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
