Standard Ecom is looking for a Designer Graphiste (6-month internship) to contribute to the graphic and operational quality of our agency's email templates. You will join a team of about ten people, all working fully remote and sharing the same values and ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Integrate client feedback on design, text, and visual hierarchy.
- Update mockups in Figma and manage versions rigorously.
- Verify that the approved version is the one published online.
- Upload and update visuals in the Klaviyo CRM tool.
- Perform quality control before sending (responsive design, CTAs, graphic consistency).
- Create email templates for desktop and mobile.
- Structure reusable modular blocks.
- Create newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt templates for different brands.
- Optimize UX for hierarchy, readability, CTAs, and responsiveness.
- Continuously improve the agency's CRM design standards.
- Create mood boards for new clients and conduct graphic benchmarks.
- Participate in defining CRM visual universes.
- Support the Team Lead in creative presentations.

- Mastery of Figma (required).
- Good understanding of responsive design.
