EX Squared is looking for a Visual Design Lead to define and drive the visual identity of our products. You will be responsible for setting the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered design work.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain the visual design language and brand guidelines
- Lead the creation of visual assets, from concept to final execution
- Provide art direction and mentorship to other designers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers
- Ensure all visual deliverables meet quality standards and project goals
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional visual design experience
- Proven track record of leading visual design for digital products
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color, layout, and iconography
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
