EX Squared is seeking a Senior Design Lead to define and drive the vision for our products. This remote role is a key opportunity to influence design direction at a strategic level.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex projects
- Establish and champion design systems and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business goals into compelling user experiences
- Mentor and guide other designers on the team
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading design for digital products or services
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution
- Proven ability to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or willing to work from New Jersey.
