In this role, you will develop high-impact visual materials that support learning, communication, and business objectives, with a focus on transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually consistent content.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging learning visualizations and illustrations.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint decks and presentations.
- Translate complex information into clear, visually consistent content.
- Implement visual concepts based on didactic guidelines.
- Produce illustrations and learning visualizations that enhance understanding.
- Collaborate with different teams, including Sales and E-Learning, to ensure visually compelling and consistent materials.
- Ensure all outputs follow brand standards and a cohesive visual style.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English.
- Practical experience in graphic design with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A creative eye for colour, layout, and typography.
- Experience with presentation tools, especially PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, quick comprehension, and strong team skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in video editing and motion design.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
